As a Customer Service Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italianspeaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via email/phone calls.

Requirements:
Italian C1/C2 level
English B2 level
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Selfsufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity Systems & Devices.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)
Previous customer support experience preferable
