NATURE & SCOPE

The IT Testing Manager is responsible for IT systems testing management and testing execution (General

Information Systems Websites Mobile Applications)

He / She manages executes and follows up of IT testing (i.e. functional and nonfunctional testing

activities)

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

IT Testing Manager will be in charge to manage testing of IT systems or Manufacturing equipment:

Help establish testing strategy with the Testing Lead for specific project in scope

Write or contribute to related GxP documentations (testing plan and report )

Manage testing planning and coordinate testing resource when needed

Set up design and execute test scripts (functional and nonfunctional) using appropriate testing

tools

Advocating appropriate level of testing in system implementation processes and quality in defect

resolution.

Support deployment of testing roadmap including testing tool deployment (e.g. OpenText ALM)

Requirements

Senior (5 10 years experience)

Specific skills/competences (Include specific skills and knowledge necessary to meet the objectives of the role)

Experience working in the Pharma/Financial industries is a plus

Knowledge of Computerized Testing Processes and Good Practices (e.g. ISTQB certification

TMAP GAMP)

Expertise of functional and nonfunctional testing (manual automation testing framework)

Knowledge of project management processes

Knowledge of Waterfall Agile methodology

Guardian of IT established rules and intend to provide accurate uniform and highquality

information to the endusers

Robust organization structure and planning within the day to day work activities;

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Curious and constantly willing to learn new stuff in order to be in accord with constantly evolving

IT needs.
