IT Team Leader

Blackridge Group is hiring for one of her clients a IT Team Leader in Luxembourg.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Develop lead and motivate a local IT team towards excellence.
  
• Manage and optimize local IT support for the plant and its users through an ITILbased service desk that meets SLAs.
  
• Planning and controlling the IT budget and expenses.
  
• Negotiating and managing contracts with local IT providers suppliers and vendors
  
• Coordinate and execute both centrally managed and locally requested IT projects in the plant ensuring they meet project targets such as deadline costs and scope.
  
• Ensuring compliance with IT standards and processes such as ISO TS TISAX ITIL etc.
  
• Be the window person and partner between central and regional IT and local plant management.
  
• Ensure local cyber security by implementing using and following company security standards and policies.
  

Heres what you can bring to the team:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science information systems or a related field
  
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role
  
• Ability to lead motivate and coach IT staff.
  
• Team player with ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders such as central IT teams regional IT and plant management.
  
• Ability to analyze IT needs identify problems and implement solutions.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and applications
  
• Familiar with ITIL ISO TISAX SCRUM and other relevant standards and frameworks
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks within deadlines and budgets.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  
• Passion to learn new technology trends and modern way of working and spread them out inside of local plant users.
