In a nutshell

As an IT Support Engineer youll be responsible for our ITrelated productivity from day one. Youll have a crucial role in making sure our colleagues at the office in our fulfillment centers and at the hubs can get their important work done! By ensuring that our systems are up and running and fully secure youll help ensure our customers across the Netherlands Germany and France get their groceries on time.

Your handson support goes beyond the classic line have you tried turning it off and on again and your people skills are as strong as your tech knowhow. In exchange for your invaluable support youll gain indepth experience within an ambitious and innovative tech company. What youll do

• Prepare hardware (laptops phones) for new colleagues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Work on projects to test out and improve software and hardware
• Automate tickets and workflows through scripting
• Respond to IT Support tickets

About you

• Student at least in 2nd year of bachelor (HBO or WO)
• Availability: minimum 2 days a week
• Duration: minimum 6 months
• Youre fluent in English (no Dutch required)
• You have affinity with IT
• Youre approachable and enjoy connecting with people and problemsolving
• Youre detailoriented and flexible in your skillset
• A fast learner you are able to work independently are structured and selfmotivated and ask for help if needed
