IT Support Technician - Level 1

We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. You will help install maintain and troubleshoot our clients IT systems ensuring they have the support needed to operate efficiently.

Tasks

• Provide firstlevel contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Track route and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Update customer data and produce activity reports.
• Walk customers through problemsolving processes.
• Follow up with customers provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations.
• Ensure proper recording documentation and closure.
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
• Basic knowledge of MS office products Windows 10/11.
• Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customeroriented and cooltempered.
• BSc/BA in IT Computer Science or relevant field. (Optional)
