IT Support Technician

You will be responsible to provide IT support via our ticketing system diagnose troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for our internal teams. Additionally you will work with the team to manage our current IT infrastructure.

• Provide IT support related to computer systems hardware software and networking
  
• Prepare and configure computers peripherals telephones and other computer equipment
  
• Perform installation update and maintenance of software
  
• Diagnose and solve technical problems of users
  
• Manage user access and security
  
• Perform diagnosis of network systems
  
• Document incidents support / service requests and followup in the ticketing system
  
• Maintain inventory of computer equipment.
  

• College degree in Computer Science
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft platforms Windows Server 2016 and 2019
  
• Able to work with very little supervision
  
• Available to work on site 3 days per week.
