Job Description

Our Client is recruiting for a Junior IT Support Technician to service clients in the hospitality and retail industries.
- Assembly and deployment of PCs and Point of Sale (POS) equipment
- Installation and setup of software including IIS and SQL Server
- Handling repairs and providing quotes for PCs and touchscreens
- Addressing printer malfunctions and repairs
- Preparation for deals and installation ensuring readiness
- Providing remote assistance to customers and field support personnel
- Establishing cash registers POS equipment and customer databases
- Configuration and implementation of LAN networks
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Configuring and setting up POS devices
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Experience in POS Systems installations or similar essential
