Position Overview
Were currently looking for a Tech Support to join the team. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide advanced technical assistance to endusers resolving intricate hardware and software issues.
• Address escalated help desk tickets and deliver timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support for efficient problem resolution.
• Manage and uphold enduser computing environments including desktops laptops and mobile devices.
• Perform regular health checks updates and optimizations for enduser systems.
• Apply intermediatelevel networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Assist in configuring and managing network devices such as routers switches and wireless access points.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers on advanced IT procedures and tools.
• Develop comprehensive user guides and documentation for Level 1 support and endusers.
• Implement and monitor security measures at the enduser level including antivirus software firewalls and encryption (experience is a plus).

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in enduser support and IT Systems Administration.
• Basic understanding of intermediate networking concepts.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or higher Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and Azurerelated certifications are advantageous.
• English level
