Job Description

  • Check daily complaint registered to the IT Department.
  • Attend the complaints regarding Network Hardware CCTV Cloud Telephone System ZOHO Apps LMS CMS & EMR Tickets as per allotted and priority.
  • Employee finger print registration for punching on biometric device and software.
  • Take daily EMR Data Base Backups
  • EMR bill correction with proper approval
  • Create/Assign new users the privileges as per department and designation in ZOHO Apps LMS CMS & EMR
  • Cloud Call system assigning to CRM Users
  • Update attendance of employees to ZOHO people every day
  • Do WiFi router configuration and installation
  • Website content updating
  • Social Media Content Posting & Updating
  • Sending SMS & WhatsApp to Database
  • Check network connections & cables and update antivirus on all systems.
  • Check and ensure network traffic and data transferring speed over network.
  • Do performance monitoring and optimize performance by deleting temp & recent files on computer and removing other unwanted files.
  • Confirm all unwanted files stored in the network are removed by concerned departments.
  • Check the common Shared folder and remove unwanted files from the network.
  • Ensure Cloud & Offline PRI CUG bill payments.
  • Ensure data security and network performance.
  • Ensure DVR and cameras at the hospital are working properly and recording is done.
  • Ensure DVR and Cameras are working properly and recording.
  • Ensure System Backups are taken before service and no data loss happens.
  • Attend Emergency complaints within 15 minutes.
  • Ensure daily internet is working.
  • Collect and store replaced damaged parts of Computers/ Accessories/Printers/UPS etc for resale E Waste.
  • Setting LCD projector and laptop for presentation (should be set before 15 minutes)
  • Make sure both punching machine s date and time are same and accurate
  • Make sure computer dates and time are the same and accurate.
  • Monthly & Weekly Ensure all Department wise Software Networking CCTVSystems & Accessories are working properly and get signed from HOD
