IT Support Associate Manager with English

Tasks

• Lead and coach a team to ensure technical proficiency and exceptional service delivery
• Support the development of team members and address team concerns
• Manage escalations and update stakeholders
• Assess and improve team performance
• Advise on process improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing and printing products
• Explain product benefits and regulations
• Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in computer and printing technologies including hardware software operating systems and networking
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking organization teamwork troubleshooting and problemsolving
• Strong people skills focused on developing other team members
• Driven and capable of working independently
• Motivated to learn and seek professional development
• Ideally with previous experience leading a team
