IT Support Agent Brussels 10 months
One of our important client is currently looking for an IT Support Agent in Brussels for a 10 month contract.
Context
The department the Information Communication Service Desk provides IT support to internal employees at defined service levels.
Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for the business for accepting incoming IT requests via the portal and the mail.
You handle request requests from internal employees.
You make analyses of reported change requests regarding computers and
applications.
You set your own priorities via the Service Management Tool (ITSM) taking into
account the ITIL processes used.
You forward these requests to the right team (internal IT headquarters in
Germany Dieteren or to a supplier).
You provide relevant highquality and timely communication so that the level of
service remains high.
You participate in the Service Support team consultation in an innovative and
constructive way.
Together with your team you ensure that the set targets are met.
You call in the help of 2nd and 3rd line in good time so that escalations can be
prevented.
Requirements
Skills
You are very customeroriented.
You have a keen interest in ICT and have previous 1st Service Desk experience.
You have knowledge of networks telephony Windows Citrix at management
level and ITIL methods.
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch French and English.
You can work fluently with MS Oice programmes.
You like to take initiative are solutionoriented and have excellent
communication skills.
You organise your work independently without losing sight of supporting
colleagues.
