Overview:
The IT Specialist Web Design & Software plays a crucial role in the organization responsible for creating visually appealing and userfriendly Ecommerce website of company as well as maintaining custom software applications. This role is key in ensuring the organizations digital presence is optimized secure and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing updating and maintaining responsive Ecommerce websites platform
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand requirements
- Implementing UI/UX best practices to create intuitive and seamless user experiences
- Finding and integrating custom software applications to support business operations
- Performing website maintenance and ensuring security protocols are uptodate
- Conducting testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends
- Managing domain and hosting configurations
- Creating technical documentation for websites and software applications
- Providing technical support and training to company staffs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in web design and development
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript (not must)
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Experience with software development and integration
- Familiarity with content management systems and ecommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of web security and performance optimization
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
