What Youll Do:

As an IT Specialist your role is crucial in ensuring optimal performance security and reliability of the organisations IT infrastructure.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal performance security and reliability of the organisations IT infrastructure.
• Deploy and monitor robust network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Deliver efficient and timely technical support addressing both hardware and software issues.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of tailored software solutions.
• Supervise data management ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining integrity.
• Develop and enforce IT policies to align with best practices and industry standards.
• Lead or participate in IT projects coordinating tasks resources and timelines for successful outcomes.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and compliance requirements implementing measures for a secure IT environment.
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on IT best practices and security protocols.

• Collaborate with external vendors for costeffective and quality procurement of hardware software and services.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation for IT systems processes and configurations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance the efficiency of IT operations.

Requirements:

To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

• Residence in Romania.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in system administration network security technical support and software development for at least 1 year.
• Proficient in hardware/software troubleshooting network security and software development.
• Familiarity with data management and IT policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite ticketing systems and CRMs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and compliance measures.
• Ability to conduct effective user training and collaborate with vendors.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate IT documentation.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology trends.
