Job Description

Responsible in setting up managing. maintaining and troubleshooting of computer devices and system software including responding to hardware problems system issues (OS) with in the network.
- Maintain Install troubleshoot and resolve Computer Software and other IT related services.
- Implement Security measures and policies and compliance requirements.
- Diagnose and assess functionality and efficiency of the devices.
- Install and Update authorized company software and hardware.
- Anticipate and manage costs of replacing repair and updating of devices.
- Evaluate IT systems and ensure that meet company standards.
- Assist network admin tasks.
- Educate teams on network security and best practices for computer usage.
- Support the daytoday operations of company computer network.
- Propose IT projects that will improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware relevant OS and software.
- Knowledgeable and understands the Basic of networking IP and Internet.
- Excellent problemsolving critical thinking skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Attention to details organize and can manage and prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Proactive and can work with minimum supervision
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
