Tasks

As an IT Solution Engineer you will be entrusted with pivotal responsibilities aimed at driving our clients strategic goals forward. Your tasks will include:

• Independent installations and maintenance of advanced scanning solutions and DMS Suites.
• Ensuring the stability and reliability of installed solutions.
• Providing expert advice and training to clients on system utilization.
• Crafting comprehensive documentation for operational and acceptance purposes.
• Collaborating on design phases and Proof of Concept installations.
• Delivering topnotch operational support including 2nd and 3rd level assistance.

Requirements

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Training as a computer scientist EFZ or equivalent.
• Extensive IT experience preferably within the industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows server environment.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft SQL Server Azure/Cloud environment Regex and Group Policy Management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and conceptual prowess.
• A customercentric mindset with a resilient and adaptable demeanor.
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
