Overview:

The IT Services Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organizations IT services division. This position involves identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets for IT services.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and key decisionmakers.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance pipeline and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development activities to stay updated on IT services and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and business ethics codes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT services sales or business development role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Selfmotivated and resultoriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Professional certifications in sales or business development is a plus.
  • Experience working in the IT industry is highly desirable.
