Shift: US Shift
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Lead the sales team by setting goals providing training and ensuring performance targets are met.
5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing product development and customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and budgets to management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in IT sales with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
4. Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
5. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7. Willingness to work in US shift timings.
