ACS Technologies Ltd are an expanding IT Support and Solutions company based in the picturesque village of Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated individual to join our expanding team and grow our customer base. Someone from an IT MSP or Technical IT background with amazing people skills will be ideal.

Perhaps you've been made redundant due to Covid-19 or for one reason or another a part-time role would suit you!

The role will entail:

  • Managing the relationship with our existing customers to maintain and upsell contracts Grow our existing Support customer base.
  • Grow our IT solutions sales with both new and existing clients.
  • Look at new and innovative IT and communications products and solutions which fit our customer base and take them to our clients and prospects.
  • Working together with our Marketing team you will help develop marketing campaigns and activities to bring in new prospects.
  • You will then follow up potential prospects and develop these into sales opportunities, working with the Commercial Director and Technical team to put together sales proposals and quotations and follow this through to deal closure.
  • Must be punctual, presentable and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An attention to detail and a willingness to go that extra mile is essential as is the ability to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Nurture prospects which have been found by our Marketing team and develop them into sales.

ACS respects flexible working but the successful candidate will be expected to work regular hours at the office in Wooburn Green as well as visiting prospects and Suppliers (occasionally i.e. for ongoing training purposes).

Although initially a part time role of 24 hours per week, we would expect these hours to be split over 5 days Monday to Friday if possible.

  • Remuneration will be primarily commission based with advantageous bonuses for over performance - 10K basic + Travel Allow + Commission ( 10-50K dep on performance + Bonus = OTE of 20-50K+++)
  • We will provide a laptop and mobile phone.
  • Must hold a full, clean driving license and have their own transport (travel expenses reimbursed).
  • 28 days holiday (pro rata); Paid sick pay (pro rata); Free parking.
  • Modern, recently refurbished offices including video conference meeting rooms and large communal kitchen with free tea and coffee.
