Overview:

The IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organizations success by identifying and attracting top talent to support the companys technical needs. This individual will be responsible for understanding the technical requirements of various roles sourcing and identifying qualified candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs
  • Source screen and evaluate candidates using innovative recruiting techniques
  • Conduct interviews and technical assessments to assess candidate qualifications
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Coordinate and facilitate the entire interview process including feedback and offer negotiation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to drive overall recruitment performance
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven 23 Years of experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on IT positions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively source and assess technical talent
  • Knowledge of technical roles including software development systems administration and IT infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Understanding of employment laws and best practices
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a strong focus on teamwork
