IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with bench sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing recruiting and placing IT professionals particularly within the bench sales domain. This role requires strong communication skills a deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified IT candidates for client requirements focusing on bench sales positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent through various sourcing channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide timely solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates including compensation packages and start dates.
• Stay current on industry trends market conditions and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 24 years of experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on bench sales.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies roles and market trends.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
