Overview:

The IT Recruiter at Infihire plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top IT talent to drive the companys success. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a seamless recruitment process building a strong talent pipeline and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen IT resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Promote companys reputation as a great place to work
  • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Network and maintain relationships with technical candidates for future opportunities
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Utilize knowledge of technology trends to identify areas for proactive recruitment
  • Assist in writing and posting technical job descriptions
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to management
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting including sourcing interviewing and negotiating offers
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully filling technical positions with outstanding talent
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks and professional platforms)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong understanding of technology and technical roles within an organization
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and market insights
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion in recruiting practices
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and build strong collaborative relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software databases
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
