Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Risk Compliance Project Manager to join our technology team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance within our projects with a focus on the technology sector including cloud AI and GenAI. This position involves managing and coordinating efforts to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Legal Compliance Oversight:

• • Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations impacting technology projects.
  • Develop strategies to ensure the organizations compliance with legal requirements.

2. Project Management:

• Lead crossfunctional teams to implement legal risk mitigation strategies within technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans ensuring timely completion of milestones.

3. Risk Assessment:

• • Conduct thorough risk assessments related to legal compliance within technology projects.
  • Collaborate with legal experts to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.

4. Policy Development:

• • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to technology projects.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate legal and compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders within the technology team.

Provide regular updates on project status risks and compliance measures.
