Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field;
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus on web development;
- Strong understanding of web technologies frameworks and development approaches;
- Experienced leader with excellent social/collaboration skills and experience in matrix organization;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools;
- Problemsolving attitude critical thinking and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Teamoriented collaboration and good communication and presentation skills;
- Good understanding of information security and data privacy aspects;
- Experience of multicultural environment is an advantage.
About the position:
- Planning in detail and delegating tasks within the project execute and finalize web development within scope budget and timeline constraints;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project objectives deliverables and timelines;
- Manage and motivate project teams ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to quality standards;
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly;
- Evaluate project outcomes against predefined goals and implement continuous improvement strategies;
- Coordinating interfaces between design creation service transition and planning project development and success goals;
- Facilitating regular project communication and establishing appropriate communication channels and forums to align on planned activities for all project team members.
