Project Manager


Responsibilities:

• manage project development from initiation to closure
• perform all PM specific activities: project planning scheduling time progress and resource tracking
• work with project stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables resources and time lines
• effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
• mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
• track and report on project milestones and provide activity status reports monitoring progress against baseline
• identify risks and other factors that may affect the project outcome
• inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution
• clearly communicate expectations and requirements to team members and stakeholders
• analyze existing workflows and procedures propose ways to improve them
• stay updated regarding project management procedures and best practices and put them into practice in assigned projects

Requirements:

• Technical University/ Computer Science or University of Economics/ BusinessManagement
• knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• preferably 2 4 years of experience in IT project management IT product management
• understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with project members
• some of the software required: Microsoft Office suite JIRA/ Confluence Monday MS VISIO
• strong documentation oral and written communications skills
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues
• analytic mind (strategic thinking)
• result oriented with problem solving skills

• the salary range is from 3.000 to 3.500 EUR (gross/brutto1)
