IT Project Manager Business Analyst

• Lead the planning execution and closure of IT projects ensuring adherence to project scope timelines and budget constraints.
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans schedules and resource allocations to facilitate project execution.
  
• Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including developers engineers and quality assurance professionals to drive project objectives and deliverables.
  

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyse business requirements objectives and constraints.
  
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  
• Develop use cases user stories process flows and other documentation to articulate business requirements and solution designs.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate technology options recommend solutions and assess feasibility based on business needs.
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients fostering strong relationships and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Facilitate client meetings presentations and status updates to ensure alignment on project scope milestones and deliverables.
  
• Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices industry trends and potential enhancements to optimize IT solutions.
  

• Define test plans scenarios and acceptance criteria to validate the functionality and performance of IT solutions.
  
• Coordinate with QA teams to execute testing activities identify defects and facilitate resolution in accordance with project timelines.
  
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients to validate solution usability and address any feedback or issues.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  
• Proven experience (3 years) in IT project management with a focus on delivering software development or technology implementation projects.
  
• Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques including requirements gathering process modelling and solution design.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced consulting environment.
  
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) and business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP CCBA) advantageous.
  
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp Nifty Monday Zoho Projects) is a plus.
  
• Experience with SaaS and collaborative platforms (e.g Zoho One Google Workspace Microsoft 365) is advantageous.
