IT PMO Project Management Office Lead

Location: San Antonio or drivable distance

Duration: 6 months C2H

Skills: PMP Portfolio Management financial management resource planning

Location: Preferably San Antonio or ability to commute.

Interview Process (23 rounds):

Round One: Crystal and a few leaders (Marshall Jeff Anthony Lucy and Kraig).

Round Two: Business Enablement Center (BEC) Team (Abi Lee and Nikki).

Round Three: Crystal and IT Leaders including Linda Albornoz (third round is optional).

Job Description:

IT PMO Lead/Business Enablement Leader

Summary:

Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leading Project Managers and Program Managers.

Portfolio Management: Specifically someone who has been a portfolio manager responsible for financial management and resource coordination across an enterprise.

People Leadership: A strong people leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams.

Financial Management Skills: Demonstrated skills in financial management forecasting capitalization resource planning project prioritization and portfolio road mapping

Tenure: A candidate with a good long tenure in previous roles.

Responsibilities:

Lead and successfully implement IT transformation initiatives by leveraging institutional knowledge business acumen technology experience and networks across the organization.

Manage the optimal utilization of technology solutions in alignment with Frost values and strategic priorities to drive significant business and product initiatives.

Coach a team to act as strategic partners prioritizing communication collaboration and alignment of business goals with technology best practices.

Overcome obstacles and guide others in identifying assumed constraints technology gaps or opportunities for process improvements.

Always take action using Integrity Caring and Excellence to achieve allwin outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.

6 years of experience in a problemsolving function with a demonstrated track record of setting strategy and executing projects with organizationwide impact.

Proven ability to consider and understand business issues and concepts.

Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Ability to work in San Antonio or travel to San Antonio as needed.

Experience leading a group or managing a project management department.

Experience working with Microsoft Team Service Office 365 or similar product suites.
