Role:
Junior support for IT financial and contract management
Job description:
The external staff will support the IT Operating Management team in
- Financial forecasting and tracking
- Invoice handling
- Process documentation
- Presentation updates
- Support in contract management
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks
- Other administrative tasks
Technical knowhow:
- MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint).
Banking knowhow:
- No specific requirements.
Tool knowhow:
- No specific requirements.
Language skills:
- Fluent in English;
- German being an advantage.
