Position Name:IT/IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installation and operation maintenance of various IT equipment used at delivery bases.
• Purchase arrangements for PCs, telephones, RF terminals, etc., kitting, on-site deployment, failure reception,repair arrangements for vendors.
• Networks such as firewalls, L2 switches, and APs Device introduction, setting change, troubleshooting.
• IP-PBX system setting change, new phone introduction, troubleshooting,
• IT Admin / IT Audit.
• Account management (issue, inventory, deletion)
• IT equipment asset management
• New IT education for visitors
• IT system inspection/audit according to SOP
• InternalIT helpdesk
• Escalation to L2 Service Desk 4.Management ofprojects,layout changes,network and terminal replacement projects.

Qualification:

• 3 years of IT infrastructure (server, network, device) design, construction, test, and operation experience.

PreferredQualifications:

• Vendor certification holders such as Microsoft and Cisco will be given preferential treatment.
