We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Graduate to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their career in IT. As an IT Graduate you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals gain handson experience and contribute to various projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by users.
2. Install configure and maintain hardware and software systems.
3. Provide support for network infrastructure including routers switches and firewalls.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects including system upgrades and migrations.
6. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
7. Document processes procedures and system configurations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
6. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Linux or macOS.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
8. Previous internship or work experience in IT is a plus.
