We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Technicianwith a strong background in hardware IT and server maintenance. The role includes managing hardware startups/shutdowns performing diagnostics troubleshooting and hardware decommissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage hardware operations in the data center.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware issues.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper setup and safety compliance.
- Decommission hardware and perform system updates.
- Communicate and report incidents to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations.
- Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
- Proficiency in server hardware software tools and network troubleshooting.
- Physical capability for tasks such as lifting and ladder climbing.
