Tasks

• Provide technical assistance and support to end users regarding computer systems software and hardware issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems

• Install configure and maintain computer systems and software applications

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure

• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary

Requirements

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Basic knowledge of computer systems networks and telecommunications technologies
• Ability to provide timely and effective technical support to endusers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
