IT Functional Analyst mfx

We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/x) to join our fast-growing team of talented and motivated consultants!

Tasks

• Communicate with stakeholders, perform gap analysis and suggest solutions ;
• Write high-level analysis with the appropriate level of detailhigh level analysis with the appropriate level of detail ;
• Create plans; for change based on analyzed requirements ;
• Collaborate, assure common understanding and sharing of information with the complete IT team to efficiently implement changes ;
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications ;

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or master s degree in ICT or equivalent ;
• A minimum of 2 years experience in business/functional analysis ;
• Ability to use notation (BPMN) and modelling systems (UML) ;
• Good knowledge of SQL and data warehousing ;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills ;
• Strong verbal communication and ability to adapt to your interlocutor ;
• Strong leadership ability ;
• Good multitasking and prioritization skills ;
• Languages : English and French OR
