Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and update course materials in accordance with the BCA curriculum.
- Incorporate current industry trends and technologies into the coursework.
- Deliver engaging lectures on various IT subjects relevant to the BCA program.
- Conduct practical sessions to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students on academic and careerrelated matters.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student learning.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the IT field and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Provide academic advising to students assisting with course selection and career planning.
- Offer additional support to students facing challenges in coursework
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall quality of the BCA program.
- Foster relationships with industry professionals to bring realworld perspectives into the classroom.
- Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking grading and reporting.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program improvement initiatives.
- BE/B. Tech with UGCNET UGCJRF OR M. Tech MCA Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Applications Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience at the undergraduate level preferably in a BCA program.
- Indepth knowledge of various IT domains including programming databases software engineering and networking.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Industry certifications relevant to the field.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
