This is a fulltime onsite role for an IT Executive with expertise in Zoho. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting providing technical support network administration information technology and IT operations.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical support skills
- Network Administration and Information Technology skills
- IT Operations skills
- Experience with Zoho is required
- Experience with CRM and other cloudbased business applications is preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
