Position Name:IT Department Manager

Responsibilities:

As the person in charge of the IT department, I would like to ask you to perform various management tasks.   • Lead IT strategy planning and promote technological evolution to improve corporate value and competitiveness.
  • Budget formulation, operation management, and monitoring based on IT strategy.
  • Implementation of support in the IT field to improve operational efficiency in each hotel and each division of the head office.
  • Understanding guest needs and proposing services using the latest technology.
  • Project leader who introduces core systems such as PMS, CRS, CRM, MA, POS, etc. and performs verification director.
  • Manage IT tasks and policies to establish functional and efficient operations.
  • Recruiting, training, and team building IT staff.
  • Oversee helpdesk response, system training, and IT support.
  • Monitor system infrastructure to ensure functionality, efficiency and safety.
  • Build data protection, server maintenance and backup processes.
  • Select and manage the most suitable vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT manager or similar management duties
  • Basic knowledge and introduction experience of hotel management system
  • Other practical experience in software and hardware implementation
  • Knowledge of technology trends to build IT strategy .

    Understanding of budget and business plan management issues

  • Ability to perform technical analysis and verification
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese
  • Leadership and organizational management skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Problem-solving and positive team-building attitude
