Job Description: At a high level we will need someone to update the communication and training strategies that have been developed and create training and communications for the second phase of a large systems implementation project in Real Estate. We will also need help with training delivery.

• Learn the Real Estate business quickly.
• Be able to communicate verbally and write content for people at all levels of an organization.
• Write communications specific to different audiences and in the right tone.
• Effectively prioritize work.
• Be detail oriented.
• Roll with the punches.
• Understand who to connect with at what frequency to ensure information is flowing and decisions affecting Change Management are being made.
• Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams. Conduct organizational readiness assessment evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders.
• Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful rollout.

Bachelors degree or equivelant. Proven success in leading managing change and motivating others. Strong project management skills with experience on largescale projects/programs implementing technical infrastructures. Change Management certification or designation desired
