IT Business Development Manager

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $75000.00 $100000.00

Commission Structure: Commission 10% for each side of the desk

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working the sales side of IT staffing
  • Experienced in working on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Indeed
  • Proven track record of identifying connecting with and obtaining contracts with clients
  • Must have 5 years of experience at a staffing agency

About the Role

There are not any geographical restrictions and the market is wide open for you to come in and make your mark. The spectrum of roles you are working on can range from Help Desk to CTO/CIO opportunities for both temp and perm placements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and obtain contracts with clients staffing tech roles
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure coverage on the roles you bring in
  • Meet with colleagues three times a week to update the progress on roles
  • Ensure delivery and successful placement and contract completion of IT candidates
  • Maintain KPIs put forth by the Managing Director and CEO
  • Produce placements while being effective working remotely

Candidate Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working the sales side of IT staffing
  • Experienced in working on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Indeed
  • Proven track record of identifying connecting with and obtaining contracts with clients
  • Professional and clear communication with clients and colleagues
