Rate $60/C2C Company: RCM

Client needs someone from a Commercial background. That means someone has good experience in Sales & Marketing of the Pharma industry plus MDM experience.

The IT Business Analyst will support the Commercial IT organization working on crossfunctional projects within the commercial IT application landscape such as web site integrations master data systems CRM and the data warehouse. This person will be able to understand and clearly document requirements/business processes update SDLC documentation and work closely with both the business and IT team members.

Experience:

• IT Business Analyst experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry (experience working on Master data related projects a plus)
• Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated success working with crossfunctional teams
• Ability to prioritize work and deliver within project deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills delivered to a variety of audiences
• Proficient with MS Office SQL Visio or Lucidcharts and other standard Business Analyst technologies

Responsibilities

• Work with crossfunctional IT team members and the business facing data teams to identify and prioritize the business needs
• Drive the elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements
• Update and maintain SDLC documentation to ensure compliance
• Ensure documentation meets Biogen company standards using approved templates
• Coordinate action items with respective task owners and follow through to meet timelines
• Work closely with multiple project team stakeholders (PM Architect Business etc.) to ensure a full understanding of goals/objectives and requirements
• Document complex business processes and system inputs/outputs
• Review vendor documentation (field mapping technical specifications) as needed
• Provide support during IT QA testing and User Acceptance Testing and drive the documentation of UAT test results and sign off

Education

• BS/MS in Information Systems or equivalent experience in the industry
