Our client a world leader in Pharmaceuticals & InVitro Diagnostics (IVD) is looking for a IT Associate".

The Technical Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing technical assistance and support to the user community across various domains including data voice video hardware and software. They respond promptly to user queries coordinate resolutions and document activities while maintaining effective relationships with users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daytoday technical support for internal desktop systems software hardware data voice and peripherals.
  
• Install configure and troubleshoot desktop systems peripherals voice/mobile devices and network issues.
  
• Maintain passwords data integrity and file system security.
  
• Consult with clients to resolve technical problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Deliver courteous and timely customer service while tracking IT asset inventory.
  

Skills:

• Proficient in Windows operating systems and client/server environments.
  
• Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
  
• Technical skills for analyzing and solving issues related to voice/mobile communication devices.
  
• Capable of explaining complex technical processes to nontechnical audiences.
  
• Capable of troubleshooting customer problems remotely via phone video or in person.
  

Education:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience/certifications
