Job Description:

JDI Distribution is seeking a skilled and motivated IT and Software Administrator to join our Loma Linda office. As an IT and Software Administrator you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure providing technical support and overseeing software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install configure and maintain IT infrastructure including servers network devices and software applications
  
• Monitor system performance /Provide technical support for internal users trouble shooting hardware and software issues and resolving technical problems
  
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement IT solutions
  
• Provide technical support and assistance to endusers
  
• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
  
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes
  

• 8 hour shift
  
• Day shift
  
• Monday to Friday
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
  
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Hubspot Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related application
  
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator system maintenance or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of load balancing Python PL/SQL MySQL DNS servers operating systems (particularly Linux) and Pegasystems
  
• Familiarity with network protocols security protocols and IT best practices
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills communication and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  
• Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting various operating systems and software applications
