What youll do:

Job Summary Level 1 Support to AST and AST2 local users. Support local Lan admin maintaining local infrastructure. Strategic Context and Challenges Depends on Lan admin infrastructure. Provides continuity to service delivery. Deliverables Maintain Service Net Local AST IT incidents and request. Guided by LAN admin close project actions Core Responsibilities and Activities Support local users to resolve issues that prevents them from using the IT tools and applications. First level support to any event elevate to LAN admin and support groups in division in case is necessary.

What is required:

Engineering/Bachelors DegreeFunctional Competencies Basic IT knowledge. Focus on hardware and network support. Personal Characteristics Enabling Success Good Follow up Team oriented Education Information systems computer science degree. Previous Experience 1 year or less Languages English 3 Intermedio (Lectura y Conversacin a nivel Tcnico
