Tasks

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Administrator to join our growing organization. In this position you will be responsible for support and maintenance of existing IT solutions; providing first line support to staff; support the development of new technical solutions; and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.

As a cyber security services company we have a strong focus on security including the security of our own infrastructure and applications. Strong credentials and interest in security and business continuity are an important plus.

We are therefore seeking a candidate who will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assist coworkers with everyday IT needs;
• Design install and configure internal and cloud services servers workstations and network infrastructure;
• Manage the configuration and operation of clientbased computer operating systems including application and operating system updates patches and configuration changes;
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts or incidents;
• Document system configurations;
• Proactively manage and maintain server network and firewall systems;
• Install and test computerrelated equipment;
• Collect IT statistics;
• Mentor / crosstrain coworkers on existing and new technologies;

Requirements

Required

• Formal training in IT system management; eg. Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology of Computer Science
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux;
• Experience with Office 365 administration.
• A good knowledge of Mobile Device Management platform (MS Intune);
• Management and administration of cloud services such as Azure AWS Atlassian ...;
• A solid understanding of IT networking;
• Experience with Group Policy design and configuration Active Directory design and management;
• Minimum 4 years of experience;
• Good Experience with ticketing platforms (JIRA).
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
• Strong communication and documentation skills;
• Solid organizational and coordinating skills;
• Can work autonomously and as part of a team; able to ensure that deadlines are met and projects of varying length are completed on time and to a high standard.

Optional:

• Experience with security features within Windows Linux and Cloud services;
• Experience with system hardening;
• Office365 / Azure certification will be consider as plus
