IT Admin (f/m/d).

Tasks

• Plan and implementation of solutions that helps department to use technology profitably
• Monitor and manage resources to ensure IT resources are sufficient to meet our current future business and performance requirements
• Implement and improve the companys operational guideline for IT management. Including:
• Network setup security and access control
• Periodic Backups
• Capacity Management
• Product environment settings
• Business continuity management
• Documentation of IT tools and procedures
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Analysis and evaluation of information security events
• Collection incident evidence for proper and concrete security risk evaluation
• Identification of the solutions to eliminate any incidents reported
• Responsible for the management of cloudbased servers located on cloud service provider
• Apply ONCAREs mission statement and quality policy and enthusiastically exhibit a desire to see ONCARE suceed
• Apply a sense or urgency commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a similar technical degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Experience in customer service/ IT helpdesk
• You have advanced Linux system administration experience (Ubuntu)
• Experience with NGINX
• Experience with ansible
• Experience with modern monitoring alerting and logging technologies (Prometheus ELK Grafana Splunk PagerDuty CloudWatch)
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins etc.)
• Knowledge in version control systems (GIT)
• Good knowledge in Docker Shell scripting
• You are a teamoriented and reliable character who is able to work under pressure
• Selforganizational skills
• Fluent in English
