Your missions

The Investments Analyst Private Marketsis responsible for assessingthe risks linked to Private Equity and Real Estate funds or any other alternative assets with limited liquidity in order to mitigate financial operational legal and reputational risks.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Review and analysis of standard private equity transaction documentation;
  • Assessment and controlsof the valuation of existing private investments as well as risk factors;
  • Close supervision and coordination of restructuring and corporate action on existing positions in private assets;
  • Coordination with internal and external partners;
  • Prepare documents and collect relevant files that support the activity;
  • Supporting the periodic reporting of the function.


    Your ideal profile

    • Master (Bac 4) in finance corporate law or business administration
    • Minimum 3 years of experience preferably within audit/fund administration RE or PE.
    • Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry regulatory requirements would be a plus
    • Strong capabilities in risk assessment analysing financial reports M&A and corporate finance agreements
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong team player
    • Excellent communication skills
