Investment Banking Vice President

Salary Range: $150000 $250000 per year

As Vice President in Investment Banking you will lead project teams and be responsible for the delivery of unique market insights and financial solutions to our highprofile clients. You will develop strategies lead negotiations and drive the execution of investment banking transactions. This senior role requires a high level of expertise in financial markets strong leadership capabilities and exceptional client management skills.

• Lead and mentor teams of associates and analysts in the execution of complex transactions.
• Develop and present innovative financial models and analyses to support transaction execution and new business development.
• Manage key client relationships providing comprehensive financial advice and services.
• Oversee the structuring and closing of largescale transactions.
• Conduct highlevel negotiations with clients other financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Drive business development efforts identifying new opportunities and expanding client base.
• Deliver presentations to senior management and clients regarding market conditions transaction updates and strategic advice.
• Monitor and analyze economic industry and capital market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 710 years of experience in investment banking with a proven track record in financial advisory and deal execution.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling corporate finance and transaction structures.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
