This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine a comprehensive investor material package leveraging SMGs existing assets.
- Define strategy target elite investors and outline deal terms.
- Lead the fullcycle capital raise process including outreach negotiation and closing in direct coordination with the CEO.
Requirements:
- Extensive expertise within Angel VC and PE capital markets.
- A deep network of connections to elite highnetworth potential investors.
- Active SEC/FINRA brokerdealer licenses in goodstanding.
- Successful track record executing capital raises ($500K$5M) for earlystage highcaliber companies.
Compensation:
- Success feebased compensation with potential for equity participation.
