The Investment Banking Associate Industrials Sector Coverage is a specialized role that combines expertise in investment banking with a deep understanding of the industrial sector. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess industry knowledge and client management skills to effectively serve our industrial clients in achieving their financial and strategic objectives.

• Lead financial analysis and modeling efforts tailored to the industrials sector including valuations LBO and merger models.
• Conduct sectorspecific research to support investment decisions and provide insights on market trends opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and present detailed pitch books and reports to industrial clients highlighting investment opportunities and strategic advice.
• Coordinate and manage the due diligence process for transactions involving industrial companies.
• Engage directly with clients offering bespoke financial solutions and advisory services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industrial sector stakeholders including existing and potential clients.
• Participate in and contribute to the execution of M&A transactions financings and other advisory services.
• Work closely with senior bankers to develop strategies for expanding the firms industrials sector clientele.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards within the sectors context.
• Actively participate in industry conferences and events to enhance the firms visibility and network within the industrials sector.

• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable institution with a focus on Finance or Economics.
• 25 years of investment banking experience particularly with a focus on the industrials sector.
• Proven track record of financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of the industrial market dynamics and key drivers.
• Exceptional client management and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office especially Excel.
• Rigorous attention to detail and precision in the execution of tasks.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
