Job Description
Our client a boutique legal practice that represents US industry in complicated international trade problems is looking for an associate attorney with the potential to advance to partner level. A minimum of 35 years of expertise in antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) proceedings is required ideally on the petitioners side. Suitable applicants will be intellectually interested legally innovative advocates who are passionate about preserving employment and manufacturing in the United States. From day one you will be able to take on real responsibilities and make substantial contributions.
