Internal Fleet Coordinator Graduate

The Opportunity

Polestar Spain nowhas an exciting opportunity for a new Graduate position as Internal Fleet Coordinator to complete our Operations & Business Development team. Your key responsibility will be to manage the internal fleet of Polestar vehicles for Spain. This includes guaranteeing an accurate and complete overview of the vehicles and their status as well as coordinating the transportation service repair and defleeting of the vehicles as efficiently and effectively as possible together with our partners. In the process you will be in close contact with the Sales and Marketing Team internally as well as the Polestar Space in Madrid. An important part of the role is also ensuring the proper defleeting of the vehicles in order to guarantee a swift remarketing of the used vehicles within our network.

The responsibilities

In this role youll be expected to manage theinternal car park including demonstrators press cars courtesy cars event cars Polestar assistance cars internal job cars and training cars. Working as a team member of Polestar Spain youll be instrumental in guaranteeing an accurate and complete overview of the total car park.See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas youll be responsible for:

• Coordinating the transportation service repair and defleeting of the vehicles as efficiently and effectively as possible together with our partners whilst guaranteeing the cars arrive when and where they need to be in perfect state
• Organize internal coordination and alignment meetings
• Assess and improve the car park management processes (e.g. defleeting process transportation process etc.)
• Coordinate closely with and be the main point of contact for external partners for car park management related topics (e.g. events partner car park management company transportation partners fleet management software company etc.)
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team ensuring continuous and timely support of planning and transportation needs

• A university degree or equivalent through experience
• Experience in automotive business and car park management is a strong plus
• Technical and System knowledge of (connected) cars is meritorious
• Excellent level of spoken and written Spanish
• Strong knowledge of Excel
