Job Description:
As an Internal CRM Support Agent you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our customer relationship management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal users facilitating the effective utilization of the CRM platform across various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to internal users facing issues with the CRM system including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to sales and marketing automation client management communication channels and appointment scheduling features.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ClientFlowX CRMs features and functionalities to offer best practices and optimization tips to internal teams.
  • Work closely with the development team to report bugs suggest improvements and follow up on the status of resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation such as FAQs user manuals and training materials.
  • Conduct internal training sessions to ensure all users are proficient in using the CRM for their specific roles.
  • Monitor CRM usage generate reports on common issues or questions and make recommendations for system enhancements based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to assist in API integrations system updates and ensuring data security protocols are followed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for CRM systems preferably mention specific CRM software if applicable.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts functionalities and best practices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret CRM data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions or creating user documentation is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM customization and configuration is a plus.
